Overview: Customer Online Registration
This article will show you how your customers are able to quickly and easily register and pay for one of your events. It can be helpful to be familiar with the online registration process in case you receive questions from your customers.
How to: Customers Register Online

- Select who you are registering - Camper for Attendees under 18; Myself for Attendees 18 or older.
- Select how many Attendees you are registering. If first time to register, you can enter the Attendee names - or you can wait for a later screen to enter. Then select Getting Started.
Note: If you already have an account, you can click Sign In for Quicker Access to shorten the registration process.
- Enter your email to either Sign In or Sign Up. See more info here: How do I Sign In or Sign Up?
- Select the name of the Attendee you want to register and confirm their personal information by clicking Select. If you do not see their name showing, click + New Attendee and enter their information. Please note, you can add/select multiple Attendees to register at one time.
- If you would like to register for more Events, select +Add Another Event, to go back to the Event List.
- Once you have selected your Attendee(s) and are ready to proceed, press Continue at the bottom of the screen. If you need to remove a Registration from your Cart, select the Cart icon and then select the X.
- Select who you are registering - Camper for Attendees under 18; Myself for Attendees 18 or older.

How to: Additional Information
- Enter information for each section and select Continue.
- After completing all sections, select Continue to Checkout.
How to: Checkout
- During Checkout, review the summary, enter a payment amount, select a payment method and sign any terms and conditions. To apply a Promo Code, enter the code and then select Apply.
- Select one of the options to set the Payment Amount.

- Due Now – The amount that is required to complete the registration.
- Full Amount – If not requiring full payment at time of registration, this option will allow the full balance to be paid.
- Other Amount – Enter any amount between Due Now and Full Amount.
4. Select either Credit Card or E-Check and then enter the payment information. If you have previously used a Payment Method, select from the list. Learn how to pay with an eEcheck.
5. Once you are ready, select Pay. The amount shown will be the amount set under Payment Amount.
How to: Spot Saved
- Once payment is complete, your spots are saved!
- Select Take Me to My Account to go to your Dashboard.
