How to: Navigate to Reports and Queries
1. Click on the Navigation Menu
2. Click Reports
3. The default view is Reports, but you can switch to view Queries by clicking QUERIES.
How to: Narrow your Report Search
1. The Category filter allows you to narrow your search to a specific topic (Accounting, HR, Registration, etc.).
2. The Type filter allows you to narrow your search to either Global or Custom Reports. Global Reports are all of the reports provided with the software. Custom Reports are reports your organization has requested modifications to or have requested to be created for your specific needs.
3. The Organization filter allows you to nattow your search to a specific organization. This is mainly used for milti-org clients. If you only have one organization, it will automatically pull only your reports.
4. The Only show Favorites checkbox allows you to narrow your search to reports that you have indicated are used often (or in other words, your favorite).
5. Once you have narrowed your parameters, click Find.
6. From there you can filter through the results using key words in the Search bar.
How to: Narrow your Query Search
1. The Show Mass Emails checkbox allows you to narrow your search to queries used for Mass Emails.
2. The Show Widgets checkbox allows you to narrow your search to queries used for creating Dashboard Widgets.
3. The Show Sub Queries checkbox allows you to narrow your search to sub queries used in Reports when data needs to be used in different sections.
