Overview: How do I navigate an individual's profile?
Each individual coming to camp has their own Individual profile in CircuiTree. On their profile, it will give you all the information you need about that individual. This article will walk you through a thorough overview of an individual profile.

How to: Demographic Information
Name: Customer's First and Last Name
Mailing Address: Customer's mailing address indicating in parentheses the type of address
Emails: Customer's email address. They may have multiple listed.
Phone Number: Customer's phone number indicating in parentheses the type of phone number
Individual ID: Number assigned to each specific customer that can be used for searching, reports, and queries
How to: Personal Information
Gender: Male or Female
Birthday & Age: Customer's birthdate and calculated age based on the date
Years of Exposure: Lists the number of years the customer has been in your database
Assigned To: Select a CircuiTree User responsible for the Itinerary and pass it on to someone else when that person’s job role is completed.
Emergency Contacts: Easy access to the customer's emergency contacts as requested within the event registration process

How to: Edit an Individual's Profile Details
1. To edit the individual's profile, click edit
2. The Edit window will appear. Edit details as needed and click the save button
How to: Actions Menu
1. There are a handful of Actions that are available on each tab of the Registration. Specific tabs, such as Accounting, include more items in the Actions menu that will be covered in that section.
Add Communication: Record details of a communication with the customer
Create Family: Create a Family based on this individual customer
Reset Password: As an administrator, you can reset the individual's password as needed
Send Reset Password Email: Instead of resetting the individual's password for the customer, send an email allowing them to reset it themselves.
Merge Individual: If there are multiple profiles for the same individual, you can merge the two profiles to make one profile
Delete Individual: If an individual profile was made by mistake, you can delete it completely from your database
