Overview: How Customers Can Make Payments Using E-Check
Giving your customers options can help you to increase your registrations. Some customers may prefer to pay by e-check, instead of a credit card. This article will show you how they can pay with e-check using Plaid to verify their bank account.
How to: Customers Pay with E-Check
1. Under Payment Method, select eCheck and then select Link Bank Account.

2. Select Continue.
3. They will type in the name of their bank and then select it.
4. They will enter their ID and Password for their bank account and then select Submit.
5. They will select their account and then select Continue.

They will then be directed to complete the Checkout process.
How to: Bank Not Displayed
If their bank is not displayed when they search for it, customers will follow these steps:
1. Select Close and Enter Manually.
2. They will be directed back to Checkout where they can enter eCheck information manually.
